Renuity of Greater Boston is the company New Englanders know as Rite Window: the Woburn window, door and bath outfit was acquired by Renuity in 2022 and, per a June 2026 press release, now operates under the Renuity name. It holds a 4.6 from 726 ratings on Google and an A+ from BBB, where it has been accredited since 2018, and it lists itself as a provider of KOHLER LuxStone and walk-in baths. Window customers describe careful, fast installs. A December 2025 Google reviewer said the crew removed 105-year-old wooden windows and old aluminum storms and installed 29 new double-hung windows in two and a half days. A June 2026 customer said the installers matched new woodwork to 1948 trim, and an April 2025 reviewer described old window weights removed, gaps insulated and rot replaced on triple-pane ProVia windows. Bath customers have had serious problems. An August 2026 Angi reviewer said the crew replaced a lovely shower fixture with "an ugly fixture" and left two holes in the wall, and that despite calls, emails and assurances, the promised final step was still undone. A November 2024 Angi reviewer who paid $19,500 described faulty shower design, poor workmanship and mismatched, defective Kohler products, and managers who were dismissive. A September 2025 BuildZoom reviewer said the installers arrived without permits and sent an apprentice who made mistakes. Window buyers have complained too: a July 2026 Angi customer said the company wrongly told them their windows qualified for Mass Save rebates, costing them money, and a February 2026 reviewer said the salesman's description of the job was wrong and the crew did not protect their floors. On Reddit, opinions split: in March 2026 one commenter praised the product and warranty while another said the salesman insisted all decision makers be present for a quote, and a March 2025 commenter said "you get what you paid for."

I initially thought they were great--the guys were helpful. They built a walk-in shower in place of a tub and put in a lovely shower fixture. Their plumber, who we hired and who was a nice guy, said the fixture might be too big for the new shower. They took the fixture down and put in an ugly fixture and left two holes in the wall. I was told they'd have the town sign off and then put in a nicer fixture. I was dealing with them while dealing with a family illness. I contacted them in December 2025. The project was completed in January, 2025. I made the mistake of signing off on the project when I was told the final step would happen in a few weeks. It's now August 2026. In spite of some phone calls and emails from me, and assurances they'd come back and take care of it--it still remains undone. I have been paying regularly. I DO NOT recommend them. Learn from my mistake and don't sign off and start paying until they totally finish it. I'm still hoping they will come back and take
The entire process with Rite Window - Greater Boston was seamless. They handled everything, including pulling all the necessary permits, and completed the full shower renovation in just three days. It was completely hassle-free for me as the customer, and I’m very happy with the result.
My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom and powder room. While it took a few weeks for Rite Window to get the materials gathered, the scheduling was well coordinated and the installation was very fast. Not the cheapest but we feel we got what we paid for and more. What an excellent result! Superior materials and the installers were true craftsmen. We very highly recommend and would certainly contract again with Rite Window.
Ritewindow did a good job of installing my windows but was poorly informed when it came to Mass Saves Rebates program resulting in errors on their end that have cost me substantial money. They repeatedly told me that my windows qualified for rebates causing me to opt for a higher priced installation. After numerous back and forth interactions between Mass Saves and Ritewindow it was clear they did not in fact qualify. Ritewindow mislead me. Additionally they provided incorrect information about financing through the Mass Saves programs and took specific actions that prevented me from using Mass Saves loans. The quality of the windows is good and the installation process was smooth but from my experience they were sloppy and unreliable in other areas.
We had four new windows installed. Three replacement windows and an extra to expand another where the sun comes up. Team B did an excellent job. They came out beautiful. They even matched the new woodwork to my 1948 woodwork trim. I am so happy with them, they are coming back this fall to put in the final four. I highly recommend them.
