In 2025, someone needed a custom drip edge the same day and got it. Copper chimney caps in 2013 and again in 2015, a copper kitchen hood in 2021, a stainless shelf for above a stove in 2016 — the material changes, the verdict doesn't. Recent Google reviews from 2026 are shorter and land the same way: a go-to shop for copper pans, and fast. Two things to pin down before calling. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#159489) and construction supervisor licence (#CS40485) appear on the company's own site and on its Houzz profile — those are its own and the directory's claims, so check them against the state registry yourself. And scheduling has been a snag at least once: a 2016 customer said the job took some work to get on the calendar, partly because the shop was busy. One number worth holding: Google averages 4.4 across 38 ratings, while Houzz sits at 4.9 across 13. Almost every review written out is five stars, so that Google gap is the thing to weigh against them. Riverside is the call when the part doesn't come off a shelf — a curved or half-round copper gutter, a chimney cap covering multiple flues, a metal roof, a counter or hood in copper or zinc. They list conventional roofing work too, from slate and tile to rubber roofing and skylights, but what customers write about is nearly always custom fabrication. Ask for a lead time up front, and verify the licence numbers with the state before you sign anything.
