His BBB page carries an A+ without accreditation, and no complaints appear on it. Two things to weigh. The work is carpet and only carpet: installation, repair, refastening and stretching, with nothing on any of the service lists touching hardwood, tile or vinyl. And the written accounts stop in March 2022, so the last four years are not represented. For a rippled or lifting carpet — especially in an older home where the alternative is replacement — this is squarely the specialist to call. Ask whether he still takes jobs of your size, and settle the rate before he schedules.
