One thing to pin down before you call: emergency coverage is contradictory on paper. BBB lists 24-hour emergency service among his offerings, while the Angi profile's FAQ states the company does not offer emergency services. Ask him directly which is true. For a licensed one-man plumber handling a water heater, a gas line, or the plumbing on a Plymouth-area renovation, this is a straightforward call. Ask for the references the company offers, since the public account of his work is old.
