RL Epoxy Flooring says on its website that its process relies on industrial diamond grinding and moisture vapor barriers, and it lists Manchester, Nashua and Concord as its service area. One recent customer's garage had dents, patches and oil stains. They arrived in a van with a giant electric generator, a concrete grinder and a big vacuum; the diamond grinder removed a layer of the concrete, and they applied the vapor barrier and chips, then came back the next day to apply the top coat. That customer asked them to ensure a gradient for water to run off and says they took care of it. Another recent customer says they came down quickly to give a quote, had a spot opening fairly quick, showed up on time the first day, helped move items from the garage and completed the job on the second day. They agreed, for a small fee, to come back after three days and help move the items back into the garage. The same customer found the office staff friendly and accommodating.
