Roadmaster Paving & Sealing is an asphalt paving company; on the BBB it describes its work as commercial, residential, industrial and public paving, plus patching and sealing. Its website says it has been in business 69 years, while its BuildZoom profile calls it a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience. One recent customer said Shane, whom they named as the owner, has done their long driveway and the private road they live on, and sealed their driveway. When a sealing date slipped, that customer said he called 24 hours in advance to explain the delay and check whether the next day would work. A recent customer said Shane and his team came in lower than the other bidders on a driveway, were on time and communicated well. A local business on South Main Street said the company showed up on time and did its parking lot, with everything coming out smooth. A recent customer said the company showed up the same day for a quote and got them on the schedule fast. A recent 1-star account runs the other way. That customer said the company paved their driveway a year earlier and the asphalt was cracking after a few months, describing the driveway as crooked and uneven. They said they had to chase the company to come back and fix it, and the return visit did not solve the issue. A 2021 customer said their driveway came out great and the work went quickly, but said communication leading up to the job could have been better. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0653527, as active, held by ROADMASTER PAVING & SEALING LLC.

Shane is the owner of Roadmaster,he is a really nice guy very fair prices. He has done our long driveway the private road we live on as well as sealing our driveway. He is great at communicating he comes when he says he will and at the time he states! There was a delay when he was going to seal our driveway and he called 24 hours in advance explained why there was a delay and checked if the next day would be acceptable. His team are always very nice. I would highly recommend anyone needing their driveway taken care of call Roadmaster they are awesome!!
Roadmaster Paving did a great job on our driveway. The team was responsive, efficient, and did a quality job. Their pricing was competitive. They went above and beyond and thought of issues that did not occur to us. We would gladly recommend this company.
Mark was pleasant, informative and professional. I am very happy with the quality of paving performed. Hard working crew and owners.
I finally decided to write a review because I have to look at my driveway every single day and it is a huge pain point for us. They paved our driveway 1 year ago and did an absolutely horrible job. Asphalt was cracking just after a few months. The reviews written here do not align at all with our experience. We had to literally chase them to come back and fix the awful work done but it did not solve the issue at all. Our house was built from scratch, only 1 year old and this is how our driveway looks. See it for yourself. Our driveway is 1 year old. It looks 20 years old, crooked, uneven and we will need to spend a lot of money now to fix it. I would never recommend this company to absolutely anyone. Absolutely horrible.
