Overall I would rate this company as very good, they installed my kitchen floor, looks great and well done. however the job started 2 days after the schedule date, so i had to use additional vacation time, did not cover the separation of the floor from the kitchen to the livingroom, also didn't warn me about the disconnection of the old dishwasher from the garbage disposal, so got a full sink of water all over the cabinet and floor, but given it was done it didn't result in any damage. Again my floor came out great, just some minor difficulties
David did a wonderful job repairing and installing a new tiled bathroom floor, very knowledgeable about his work. Would hire again if needed.
Robbins Remodeling did a good good installing underlayment and tiling our bath floor. David responded right away to my calls when he didn't show up a couple of days. Reason for not 5 stars: Once paid, he never returned my calls for the threshold he was to have made and installed. I will have to buy and pay to have one installed myself. Make sure all is done before making the last payment, otherwise, he did a good job.
Very professional did a great job and finished on time
This contractor showed up 4.5 hours late to start the job. I purchased the tiles and grout. I thought since I brought the supplies his service would be cheaper.
