Robert A. Noetzel

There is very little published about Robert A. Noetzel. BuildZoom lists him as an electrician at 5 Hersey Street in Methuen, and that page is the whole public trail — no permits, no projects, and, as BuildZoom states outright, no reviews at all. The licence block on that page argues with itself several ways over. An alert at the top reads "No active license on file," while the same page says the licence was verified active when last checked and shows electrician #21287 as verified active in April 2026. That same number turns up again under a second type, master electrician, printed twice over with a stale July 2016 expiration. A further number, 33833, appears with no licence type at all and the same 2016 date, and those digits show up zero-padded again as a cancelled city electrical contractor registration in a town about 30 miles from Methuen. None of that is a state registry check, in the active direction or the expired one. Ask Noetzel for his licence number directly and confirm it with the state before anything else. Worth knowing too: the "call now" number on that page is BuildZoom's own lead-generation line rather than his, and the services line is BuildZoom's template rather than a list he wrote. With no permits, no reviews and a licence page in disagreement with itself, there is no basis here for saying how the work goes. Recent references you can phone are what would settle it.
