Arriving when he said he would is named in six reviews, and a reasonable or fair price in four. One April 2026 customer flagged the practical detail that he takes a credit card. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, #CS-044462, and home improvement contractor registration #174662 under his name. Its profile also carries an older Massachusetts home improvement number and two City of Newton registrations it marks inactive, and it notes a December 2022 expiration date against Newton licence #118819. For a list of doors, stairs, an appliance to hang and the small repairs that accumulate, Pino is the kind of one-man-plus-helper operation that arrives when it says it will and is gone in days. If your job is closer to the permit work from 2015 — a floor built out, a porch added — ask what he takes on at that scale now, ask him which registration covers it, and get the scope and price in writing first.
