Paul and all his contractors were great. They were neat, fast, nice and professional. We had painting done - great job. Tile put down fantastic - put on an angle, right into the closet - looks wonderful. Mazmanian Rugs did a fanastic job - wall to wall on cement floor - looks great! Paul was quite creative and went the extra mile and cut down a folding door to gain stylish access under stair well. Covered a water connection in ceiling with a great looking sliding door. He did the little things that you would do yourself, if you knew how to. LOL. The Playroom is now livable and quite stylish.
Paul is on time, within the quote and the best contractor I have ever used in my over 25 years as a home owner and an owner of commercial real estate properties.
Roche Renovations did a great job on my basement renovation project. The floor leveling, framing, insulation, electrical, drywall, basement windows replacement - all of the above was done in a 5 day period. He was working very hard to finish job on time and the results are of high quality. I would return to him when I have more projects.
Paul was very professional and he did a solid job. His honesty is his best asset. I will look to him for future home projects.
