In October 2023, an Angi customer said the original call was about gutters, but the contractor persuaded them to add roof repairs. The customer reported that the agreed scope was not completed, including 15 feet of gutter guards instead of 60, and that a gutter still leaked. An August 2022 reviewer complained about communication, low-quality workmanship and trash left around. A July 2022 customer said a chimney guard sold as stainless steel rusted and stained the chimney. They also reported pine needles filling the gutters despite gutter guards and said they had spent months trying to get Tony back. According to that reviewer, he sometimes texted but did not return when promised. A December 2021 reviewer called the service expensive and said the contractor was more interested in selling gutter insets than doing what the customer wanted. Other customers described completed repairs and follow-up. A March 2022 reviewer said Tony explained the gutter’s condition and possible solutions, while Tony and Alex inspected a roof almost four stories tall. That customer said some areas still leaked after a snowstorm and praised the pair for returning to fix them. In January 2022, another customer said Tony and Alex installed a downspout and repaired roof leaks in below-zero weather. An August 2021 reviewer described a roof valley installation for ice dams and repairs to downspouts. A May 2021 homeowner said the team discussed roofing materials, timing and costs before installing a new roof. Angi’s August 2026 listing showed a 4.2-star average from 18 ratings. The customer accounts run from 2021 through 2025; the latest dated one praised the roofing and gutter installation, while the earlier complaints described ongoing leaks, disputed scope and difficulty obtaining follow-up.
