Ron Marsan & Son is a one-person general contracting operation Ron Marsan has run in Methuen since 1988, an LLC since 2019, with a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration that's currently active. The only written account on file is a striking one: in a 2024 review, the Methuen senior center connected an elderly, disabled man's wife with Marsan after her husband couldn't be discharged from rehab without a wheelchair ramp and the cost was out of their budget. She says he arrived at 7:30 in the morning and built the ramp himself, donating his labor while Methuen Co-Op donated the materials — and that it looked better than she'd imagined. There's no BBB rating (the bureau says it doesn't have enough information) and only this one review, so there isn't much of a track record to weigh beyond this account — but it's a specific, credible one.
