I reached out to Rosado Custom Homes to inquire about a quote for installing a 1/2 bathroom in our basement. Sight unseen over the phone Victor quoted me $30,000-$40,000. He insisted we would have to drill into the concrete for plumbing due to the bathroom being below-grade of the sewer line and said that toilets with an ejector pump would not work because of "gravity". This is false, as one can easily go purchase a toilet with an ejector pump that can pump vertically between 16-29 feet, and we have a sump pump installed in our basement already that has no issues pumping water straight up and out of the ground, despite "gravity." I'm not sure if he thought he could take advantage of me because I am a woman, or if he does this to all of his customers, but it was very clear during our conversation that he was not providing a quote in good faith. Other quotes we have received have been closer to $10,000. To quote 3x or 4x that, without coming out to look or even ask how big the space was, is an incredibly poor reflection on how Rosado Custom Homes runs their business.

Called for estimate on install kitchen cabinets, it is in there services offered. Too small a job I was told . Unless it's at least a $20,000 job they don't deal with it

Victor has got to be one of the kindest souls I’ve met in a very long time. Speaking with him whether it he business or personal it gives you a sense of ease I met him today 8/7/23 for the very first time and can truly say he is a FRIEND AT 💜.
