Rt, 85 Flooring is a great company to work with. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good quality work! On time and efficient. They installed new hardwood floors, refinished some hardwood and also installed new tiles in the bathroom. Everything looks great! Highly recommend.
My new floors look incredible. I have already received so many compliments. The installers were skilled, neat, and courteous. Highly recommended.
Overall great experience with this company! Highly recommend!!! Full disclosure, it tool a bit of phone-tag and following up to get a quote and booked, but it was worth it! These guys were the only one out of 3 companies that were even willing to take a job for our bathroom since it is small and the only one in the house. We were on a serious time crunch trying to get a tub installed/remodeling the bathroom while I was pregnant. They got it done as promised. Everyone we’ve talked to said the price we paid was super reasonable. We’ve had friends and one of our contractors ask who did the work because it looks so nice (floor and tile around tub). They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Once booked the process was quick. The guys who installed were great with my cat and large dog. They cleaned as they went, and in my opinion went above and beyond in every way. It has been a couple of months now and I still love looking at the work they did! The pictures don’t do justice to the level of detail in how the floor pattern was laid out, how carefully the border tiles around the tub and shelves were cut. Seriously amazing!
Had the misfortune of dealing with Roy. Called to explain situation with a second floor leak and looking to expedite new floors in a small area. Roy set a time to come later in the week, spent 5 minutes here. Explained time crunch and said he would have a quote that night. No quote came, next day no quote. Called Sat, was told it would be emailed over shortly. No quote came, called Tuesday, was told he didn't do the quote since they couldn't take the job for months. Fair enough but dont drag me along if you’re too busy. We think he didn't like us, he freaked out over a blind basset hound with 1 eye and asked us to put the dog away since he was scared. I think he passed on us since he heard us laughing at him. Call somewhere else….
We have worked with Route 85 on many projects - commercial and residential - and they are fabulous. Amazing craftsmanship, incredible value and overall wonderful, trustworthy people.
