This guy took a $7000 deposit and then ghosted me. Tried to arrange a date for installation and he was always unavailable. Then he stopped responding entirely. I never got anything for the money. A complete crook. Do not hire this company.

Existing unit went, had several people refer Mike from Rowell HVAC. Spoke with Mike at 7pm and he showed up next morning at 7am to inspect. Got a quote same day, placed order under 24 hours. Mike and his crew were out with brand new unit in 48 hours. That afternoon new unit was running perfectly. Later same day my thermostat needed replacing After something I did to it accidentally, called Mike back and he was out within 2 hours and solved our problem. This company is great, responsive and Mike was spot on and communicated everything and then some. Highly recommend.

Mike took such great care of my grandmother today who was having AC issues. He was able to come out quickly (about an hour!) diagnose the problem and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He didn’t break the bank, was polite and respectful. Thank you for taking care of that for her in such a great way!

Had a leaking fitting coming out of my boiler, called on a Friday morning and by Friday night it was fixed. Great, fast,clean, and affordable. Will 100% use them again.

We had an issue happen to our furnace and despite being busy, Mike took the time to come out to take a look. He saw that it would be an easy fix so we had set up a day for him to fix it. We also wanted to do some maintenance work on the furnace as it has been a while. It didn't take him long to do both and now the furnace is back up and running just fine. Although our first floor gets plenty of heat, the second floor does not benefit as much but I can already feel it working better up here. We will definitely be calling on the Rowell company in the future for any HVAC needs that we might have.
