In West Hartford, a customer said Frank quickly provided an estimate for painting the entire interior and was flexible in working with their budget. A recent West Hartford customer said the prep included power washing and restoring the back deck with sanders before 2 coats went on the house and shutters. A customer who had popcorn ceilings removed in 4 rooms and a hallway said the vacuum system the crew used kept the dust to a minimum. A customer who hired Rozio to oil stain a new pressure treated deck said the 2 workers assigned did meticulous work. In a 2025 review, a customer said Rozio handled a 2,200 sq ft popcorn removal. A 2025 customer in Burlington said Frank's price was fair, the team was on site within three weeks, and the house was finished in a week's time. A 2024 customer said the crew washed their cedar-sided home and applied two coats of Woodluxe semi-solid stain to the siding.
