RPHC, LLC holds New Hampshire plumber license MBE2101396, which is active on the state registry. A 2022 Google customer with a plugged toilet said they got a call back within 2 hours. That 2022 customer wrote that the man who called felt the problem needed equipment he did not have, so he could not help, but he listened patiently and talked them through what he thought the problem was.
To many this probably won't make any sense to review since I didn't get to "USE" this business, but I do have to say a few things. I called and left a message to have someone call me back, the message was they would get back to me when they could. I received a call back within 2 hours. The gentleman that called (sorry I am really bad with names) back answered my questions regarding my plugged toilet, told me what he would do since he couldn't help me because he felt the problem was something he didn't have the right equipment for and he is so busy. But not once did I feel rushed to get off the phone he was very patient listening to my issue and what I had tried already and was able to talk me through what he thought the problem was and really thought that I had the capability to fix the problem myself. I really appreciated the time and effort he took to walk me through the solution. I would not think twice about calling your company in the future if needed. Thank you
