RT's Quality Painting & Remodeling carries an A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau. A 2023 Google customer said the contractor lifted a sagging porch and added more support, and repaired the roof in two spots where animals were chewing their way in and out. That 2023 customer said "it doesn't even look like anything had happened to that area" and that he also power washed the entire roof. A 2017 Google reviewer described a job painting the house, power washing and staining the deck, and said the estimate was competitive and the work was delivered as promised. In a 2022 Google review, a customer who hired Randy to strip and refinish a deck, quoted at $3,400, said he skimped on materials, especially lumber, rebuilt the stairs with crooked cuts and oversprayed on the house. That 2022 customer said that after they questioned him about the work, he had not been back. A separate 2022 Google customer said a job estimated at 2 weeks took 4 months and would not be finished unless they agreed to pay more.

This contractor is very knowledgeable about many different things to do with remolding, painting,ECT.He came to my house to do several repairs, such as lifting my porch and adding more support because it was sagging, he also repaired my roof area in two different spots where the animals were chewing there way in and out. He did an awesome job on this, it doesn't even look like anything had happened to that area. He also power washed my entire roof and that was also a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company for your painting and remolding needs.
Took 4 months to complete a 2 week estimated job then wouldn’t finish unless I agreed to pay more
We hired Randy in mid April to strip and refinish our deck. Our first meeting, he was professional and gave the impression of a reliable businessman. He quoted the work at $3,400. Its a good size deck with some years on it, so taking that into consideration as well as rising material costs, I figured it to be a fair price. Randy mentioned providing a detailed material list, which he never did. All in all, he used 5 gallons of Behr Porch and Patio, a handful of deck screws and 3 pieces of lumber. He seriously skimped the project of materials, especially lumber, for which the deck was in heavy need of. We agreed he should run a skil saw in between the boards for an extra 200, bringing total cost to 3,600 (should have been included) and he forgot to do it. He did it after painting and it looks horrible. I questioned him through text and in person about his shoddy work and eversince then he hasn't been back. Now I told him he is not allowed back on my property. He also oversprayed on our house. He rebuilt the stairs with all crooked cuts and the boards from the old stairs are visible through the cracks. He used compound to fill some spots and it never dried to a hold. He left some boards in worse shape than they previously were, because of his broken timeline for the project. We knew the project would be pricey, but for good reasons such as solid work, reliability and professionalism all characteristics that Randy does not embody. He is a shiester and cannot be trusted.
