BEAULIEU HOME IMPROVEMENT

Beaulieu Home Improvement describes itself on the Better Business Bureau as an exterior home improvement company covering roofing, siding, windows, doors, porches, decks and gutter systems. Its website lists a service area that includes Springfield, West Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Northampton, Westfield and Agawam, and says the company has been in business for 60 years. A 2024 wwlp.com story said two western Massachusetts veterans were being awarded home renovations by Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement. A recent customer says PBHI did some roof repair: a salesman took measurements and got back with a quote, and the workers showed up at the scheduled time, completed the work and cleaned up. A recent customer says Beaulieu did a roofing project on a very large roof, left the yard clean with no debris, and was cleaning until 8:15 the second night because of a heavy rain forecast. A recent customer says Beaulieu worked out a solution to a persistent roof leak on a unique section of roof a few years ago and repeatedly returned until the leak was fully solved. A recent customer says the company did a 12 x 30 double deck in under a week. A recent customer says Beaulieu home improvements redid a porch with a new deck and railings, and the work was quick. A recent customer says the company built a structure over their deck, was always on time and kept the work area clean. A 2025 customer said Phil Beaulieu & Sons installed a new roof on their house a few years earlier, in January, when other roofing companies would only give a spring estimate. That 2025 customer said the company later built a 4 season addition, completed in around 3-4 months with two change orders the customer asked for. In a 2014 Houzz review, a customer said the company installed their roofing, attic ventilation fans and a bathroom exhaust fan.
