Russell Tree LLC says it has been in business for 15 years, and a recent Google customer got to watch how it handles a removal. Brett and his crew took down that customer's tree and the neighbors' on the same day. Matt went into the tree suspended from a crane to strap the branches for cutting, cut each huge branch with his chain saw, and the crane lifted it over to a ground crew that processed it into pieces. That customer said they cleaned up the area and even smoothed out the equipment's tire marks on the lawn. A recent customer said Brett and his team work efficiently, thoroughly and conscientiously. A 2025 customer thanked Russell Tree for pruning their apple trees. A 2023 customer said Russell had done two jobs on their Langdon property, cutting difficult trees, and called the work safe and fair. In a 2023 review, a customer said a large amount of trees were cut down and remnants of storm damage removed, all for the original estimate. A 2022 customer said Brett and his team removed a large part of a tree and held to their initially quoted price. A 2021 customer said Russell Tree LLC removed a large, tall tree from their parents' yard and cleaned up afterward. A recent customer gave one star and wrote "Would not recommend!"
