Rvr Top Construction LLC describes its own work on Thumbtack as roofing, including inspection and estimation of asphalt shingles, and repair and mitigation services for chimneys, skylights, pipes and vents. Thumbtack lists licence number CSSL-106356, with Luis Rivera as the holder. In a 2026 review, the crew came the same day, cleaned off the roof and all of the ice dams, and fixed a loose shingle. In another 2026 review, after a scheduled plow company backed out the day after the blizzard, Luis said he could come that night. He and his crew arrived at the time promised, cleared the porch and walkway in an hour, and cleared a path down the driveway, including pushing back a huge snow bank at the end of the drive. A 2026 review says that after photos of the requested work and an address were sent, he sent a random photo of a different house instead of scheduling an appointment to assess the job.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Rvr Top Construction LLC. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.
Estimated range
$9,000 – $18,600
Typical roofing project around $13,800
Unprofessional experience. I sent photos of the work requested and provided my address, but instead of scheduling an appointment to assess the job, he sent me a random photo of a different house. I intentionally keep my home hidden on Google Maps, so this was both inaccurate and concerning. I would not recommend.
IMPRESSIVE! The plow company I scheduled backed out the day after the blizzard, saying they couldn't handle the job. I contacted RVR and Luis got back to me, saying he could come that night, would do his best to clear the driveway, walkway and porch all at a reasonable price. He and his crew arrived at the time promised, and in an hour my porch and walkway were clear. And all the snow in front of the 2 car garage with a clear path down the driveway, including pushing back a huge snow bank at the end of the drive. They were quick, respectful of my property, and did an amazing job! RVR Top Construction is my go to snow removal company from now on. I highly recommend them.
Luis and his team did a great job for us, we will use them again and are happy to give this recommendation.
This company did a wonderful job on my property. They were very helpful and professional. I will hire them again for more property work. Thank you guys!
The crew came so quickly (same day) and cleaned off our roof and all of our ice dams so efficiently. They were so careful and even fixed a loose shingle for us. We will definitely be using these guys again!!!
