I called this morning cause they were referred to me by the previous homeowner. The heat wasn’t working and I did not know I had to be a member. I have a 2 yr old and 3 month old in the household and the lady on duty today on 12/14/25 said nothing I can do until tomorrow and hung up the phone , super rude and she didn’t even attempt to assist in anyway. While I understand policy, she was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with in any customer service business. One thing to be empathetic another to hang up on my face and basically say too bad so sad. Never again…

I've used Bigelow Plumbing twice now and I've had issues each time. I'll look elsewhere in the future. The first time they came out they damaged the floor in the basement (gashed a hole in the flooring with something very heavy) and ripped the front of the cabinet off in the upstairs bathroom (one of the guys leaned on the door and popped the whole panel off - I watched it happen). Bryan gave me some money off for the damages and I accepted the resolution. This last time he gave me an estimate over the phone to repair a leaking sink basket in the kitchen (a sink basket that THEY reinstalled the last time they were here). I texted him pictures of the situation he said he would "rebuild the plumbing with PVC and reseat the sink basket" for $200 cash. He arrived at 1:35pm, his guys came inside and replaced the sink basket, screwed it all back together and they left at 1:46pm. No rebuilding took place and they took my $200. I could have got some putty and screwed the sink basket back on myself. They even removed my high-end strainer and basket and replaced it with a cheap one. Eleven minutes worth of work and a few bucks worth of parts for $200, and the job ended up being a downgrade to generic junk from the supply house. It is what it is. As Bryan said when they left, "we do this for a living." Added one star because nothing's leaking and Bryan seems like a nice enough guy, pricing issue aside.

I have hired Bigelow for multiple jobs. Good plumber/team in the area that you can trust. The price they charge is reasonable. Highly recommended for sure!
