I needed some septic work done in a pinch and PJ took great care of us. Got it done very quick, talked to the inspector for me. Would recommend.
We started to work with S&C construction just prior to the pandemic hitting to build a brand new house on our own lot. He worked with us thru all of the delays from the town, and during the delays due to “everything” shortages. We had several changes we made during the build and he was able to get everything done and helped us work around our budget. In the end we have a beautiful custom home that we helped create and he made happen. Thank you.

I suggest you stay away from this builder. Signed contracts mean nothing to them. We entered into a contract with them to build a house and 6 weeks before completion out of no where the real estate agent comes to us and says the builder wanted an additional $40,000 or they were returning our deposit . The market has gone up since we signed our contracts and he wanted a piece of that. Had the market gone done do you think we would have gotten a refund? In my real estate agents 25 years of business she had never heard of this happening.
