Update after owner’s response. I have changed my rating. the amount paid out is not anywhere near what I would call generous, I frequently drop similar loads at a number of other scrap yards and receive much more than was paid. I did not leave the receipt, was not offered a receipt. I did not hang up the phone on the single phone call that was made. I thought that I was hung up on. I said “…..nevermind, I would like to come back in and get a receipt” and then notice the line was dead. I assumed that I was hung up on, and that is why I left a negative review. Second time and last time going here. First time with copper scrap. They took my buckets and said they would give them back after i cashed out in the trailer. When i came back, the didnt give my 5 gallon back. Second time I went over the scale with a water heater, expansion tanks. and 55-60 lbs of scrap sheet metal. Gave me $4.00 no receipt and didnt answer what their rate was. Will never go back

Cape Cod is an expensive area to find reasonable and available services so I am extremely pleased with S&J Esco dumpster. The dumpster arrival time was perfect, the staff was friendly, Jenna, the office manager, always pleasantly answered the phone, I had very little push back on the two week deadline and or the discard/contents and there were no drop off charges, etc. On the day of pick up, my husband and I were nervously waiting for a large weight overage charge and it turned out to be reasonble!
