Sacco Tile is a one-man operation — reviewers call him Mike, and a couple use his full name, Michael Sacco — built around ceramic, porcelain and natural-stone tile repair and installation. Angi and HomeAdvisor both carry the same four reviews and put the average at a flat 5.0 stars, and on Houzz the company lists a wider stone-and-tile service area stretching from Boston to the New Hampshire line, though that profile has no reviews of its own yet. What people who actually hired him describe is careful work on detail-heavy jobs. In a 2021 review, a homeowner said he showed up when he said he would, re-grouted a bathroom's tile, then came back the next day to check the grout for shrinkage and touch it up at no extra charge, leaving the bathroom spotless. A 2023 review calls the work "first class" and notes he worked neat; a separate 2021 review praises his attention to detail. All three of the substantive reviews describe tile repair rather than a large installation. Worth asking about before booking: the written record is short — four reviews total, dated 2021 to 2023, nothing more recent — and the address on file differs by source. Angi and HomeAdvisor list the business at 13 Hill Road in Belmont, MA, while Houzz lists 24 Shipley Cir in Westford, MA, so it's worth confirming which location, or whether both, is current. For a focused tile repair job, especially bathroom re-grouting, the reviews on file point to someone who follows up on his own work. Just pin down the current address and get a firm timeline before booking, given how thin the review history still is.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from SACCO TILE. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

Work was first class and Mike worked neat.
Mike did a beautiful job. His attention to detail and his skills are outstanding. I highly recommend him.
Michael Sacco is a pleasure to work with and excellent at his craft. He showed up when he said he would and did an A+ job repairing and re-grouting my bathroom tile. He also came back the next day to inspect the grout shrinkage and re-filled necessary areas at no extra charge. He left my bathroom spotless. I will hire Michael again for another bathroom tile repair in my home. I highly recommend Sacco Tile!!!
No--I'm not expert enough in these matters.
