Serratore Plumbing is a Norwood plumbing business whose recent customer accounts center on appliance installations. A February 2026 Google review described Vito installing a Bosch dishwasher and praised the communication and service; older reviews describe dishwasher, gas-stove, and range-hood work. The Massachusetts plumber license for Vito Serratore is active in the state registry. BuildZoom shows 701 permitted projects and two five-star reviews, while its license entries were not verified and were last checked in 2016, so the current registry result is the useful status to confirm. Customers writing in 2022 and 2023 described timely arrival, clear answers, clean work, and professional service; the 2013 range-hood review is positive but dated. Serratore looks suited to plumbing and appliance-related installation work. Confirm the exact scope and current quote before scheduling.

I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher through Poirier Sales & Service in Newton. Vito installed the dishwasher and did an excellent job. The communication and service from both Poirier and Vito were top-notch!
Good work. Trustworthy as well. 💯
Definitely!! Vito installed a gas stove . He pays attention to details and is very professional and friendly. Set my clock and explained the operation of the product . Would definitely call if I had a plumbing problem.
Vito and his aide came on time, went immediately to work removing an old dishwasher and installing a new one, answered all my questions, and were simply the nicest folks to work with. Thanks very much Serratore Plumbing.
Excellent business! Called with reasonable window for service. Showed up timely. Techs were professional, quiet and cleaned up after themselves. Use Serratore Plumbing (contracted by Poirier Appliance store) to install a new dishwasher and gas range. Vitto, the owner was very polite and professional. He made sure the appliances were working well before they left and gave us information on who to contact if there are any future problems. Highly recommend using Serratore Plumbing!
