Rebuilding after water damage is one of the jobs customers described hiring Sam Rosario Construction to handle. The Paxton general contractor is identified by BBB as owned by Sam Rosario, and its own Houzz description says it handles home improvement work. Its listed offerings include remodeling, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, siding and window and door installation. The written customer history on Houzz runs from 2016 to 2020, with four ratings averaging five stars. In a December 2020 review, a homeowner described rebuilding rooms after a boiler failure caused water damage. They said Sam managed the repairs and worked closely with their insurer, stayed reachable and explained the process as it progressed. The customer also said he accommodated an elderly family member's needs during the pandemic. A March 2016 reviewer described extensive repairs to a Victorian house: a new roof, spray foam insulation, a laundry and mudroom, repairs to three storm-damaged rooms, two bathrooms, part of the kitchen, plumbing replacement and substantial electrical work. They credited Sam with negotiating two insurance claims, completing quality work within the allotted budgets and keeping crews on schedule. That customer said he adapted when unexpected problems arose and would correct problems with his work. These are the customer's descriptions of that project. In April 2017, another Houzz customer praised the detail, professionalism and honesty of a kitchen and bathroom renovation. A February 2016 reviewer described an attic problem, an assessment and estimate, and completed repairs; the customer said the attic mold problem was gone afterward. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 168417, is expired according to the state registry. BBB and Houzz separately list registration number 183521; those are directory claims. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and identifies it as non-accredited.

From the point where we discovered water damage resulting from a boiler failure during the coldest weekend of the year all the way to completion of the room rebuilds, Sam was amazing. He managed the entire process including working closely with our insurance company. Sam knows how all of this works and made sure he got us exactly what was needed to restore the house to pre-incident condition. In many cases even better based on new code requirements. Sam was always reachable and always willing to talk us through the process and keep us updated. And in addition to all of this, he managed our repairs during the pandemic, taking great care to accommodate the needs of my at risk elderly mother. Sam is a true professional and definitely the person you want on your side when an event like this occurs. I highly recommend him!
Provided high quality kitchen & bath renovation. Paid close attention to every last detail with professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend and would hire again!
I benefited by hiring Sam Rosario as contractor for major house repairs, including a new roof, spray foam insulation, laundry/mudroom, repairing storm damage to 3 rooms, redoing 2 bathrooms and partial kitchen as well as total replacement of the plumbing system and a major portion of the electrical. He negotiated very effectively w/insurance adjustors on 2 claims; then provided quality work within allotted budgets; was flexible when unexpected problems were discovered; found creative solutions; saw the big picture of room/house harmony and overall processes while still paying strict attention to details; kept crews on schedule; and personally guarantees work (will correct if problems arise). My Victorian period house is honored to showcase his expertise and professional craftsmanship.
Sams a great guy and an expert on roofs and siding. I had an issue with my new home and needed an expert opinion on how to fix the issue with my attic. He came by and assessed the issue, provided me an estimate to get it repaired and got the work done. I no longer have a mold issue in my attic.
