A customer who called Sandri Energy around noon during a sub-zero polar vortex said a technician arrived by 1 p.m. In that February 2026 Google review, the customer described a boiler replacement completed faster than expected, with the issue explained and the home warming properly before the crew left. Sandri is based in Greenfield and says it has been in business for 95 years. Its website advertises 24/7 emergency service and free estimates. The company handles heating equipment and water-heater installations. A June 2026 customer thanked master plumber Stanley, assistant Jill, and Lauren for their efforts. In an October 2025 review, another customer described replacing a six-year-old Generac standby generator after its motor began leaking oil. Faced with a $4,600 motor repair or replacement cost, they chose a new generator and praised Sandri for getting it installed before wintry weather arrived. Google shows a 4.5-star average from 154 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. After-installation service drew specific complaints. A customer writing in June 2026 said they had paid Sandri more than $4,000 to install a Rinnai tankless water heater in a cabin in 2022. When it malfunctioned, the customer said Sandri declined to service it because Sandri was not the cabin's propane supplier. The customer described the response as unhelpful. A March 2026 reviewer described at least three service visits after buying a Daikin mini-split in late 2021. They said two Sandri employees subsequently told them they did not recommend or use Daikin because of problems with the equipment. The reviewer also complained about confusion over the warranty's duration and charges for labor.

Master plumber Stanley and assistant Jill were great and so appreciate their efforts. Also thanks to Lauren for his role in this operation!
In 2022 I paid Sandri over $4000 to install a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in a small cabin I own. It is now malfunctioning and needs service. When I called Sandri to have them send someone out, they told me that they will not service it because they are not the supplier of the propane for the cabin. They didn't care about that when they took my $4000 for the heater. They were completely unhelpful and uncaring about my problem. I assume they would suddenly be willing to help if my tenant in the cabin switched propane providers to Sandri. There's a name for that kind of behavior.
Purchased a daikin minisplit in late 2021 and have had to have service out on at least 3 separate occasions. 2 different Sandi employees then told me they do not recommend or use Daikin because they are prone to problems. To top it off there is confusion on the longevity of my warranty and they are charging labor charges. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but Sandri.
Our furnace failed during a sub‑zero polar vortex, and Sandri Energy responded quickly and professionally. We called around noon, and a technician arrived by 1:00 PM. They clearly explained the issue, confirmed the boiler needed replacement, and completed the work much faster than expected. There was no pressure to upsell, and they made sure our home was warming properly before leaving. Excellent service in extreme conditions—I highly recommend Sandri Energy.
Unfortunately, the motor on our 6 year old Generac standby generator was leaking oil. Since the cost to repair/replace the motor was $4,600, we chose to buy a new generator. Sandri worked quickly and efficiently to get one installed before the wintry weather arrived. We appreciate their help getting this done.
