I had a very frustrating experience with Sante Builders Reconstruction. They required me to sign a document stating that if I didn’t move forward with hiring them after the estimate, I would owe them money—which already felt unreasonable. Despite that, I proceeded and waited over three weeks for the estimate. During that time, I made multiple calls and left several voicemails, none of which were returned. After all that waiting and lack of communication, they finally got back to me only to say they couldn’t even provide the estimate because the project was “too complicated.” This was a complete waste of my time and left me back at square one, having to start the process all over again with another contractor. Very unprofessional communication and poor handling of customer expectations.
We had a pipe burst on thanksgiving morning and worked with Sante Builders for the reconstruction of the kitchen, basement spaces, and bathroom. Needless to say, I love the outcome so much. We worked with Willie and his partner, our project manager Shane and Rick. Willie was just awesome, very professional, very insightful and provided great communication and clarity through it all, from start to finish. So much experience in the field. He would arrive and get straight to work all through the very end. We would highly recommend Sante for reconstruction work to our family and friends. The nightmare had a happy ending!
Sante was recommended to us by our insurance company when we sustained a leak from our kitchen sink. Our experience with Sante from start to finish was great. Everyone we met or spoke to was extremely nice and respectful. Willie and his team did a wonderful job with our kitchen rebuild. The work was done quickly and beautifully. Our Project manager Pete helped make such a stressful situation a much easier process. When issues arose during the rebuild, the communication and problem-solving was top-notch. We have plans to redo our deck next year and will definitely give Sante a call.
We recently had Sante Builders renovate our finished basement which sustained damage due to a pipe leak. Pete, Steve and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make our basement look great. We are very happy with their work.
