Santi's LLC is a small remodeling company run by Edwin Gallego out of 13 Sawyer Ln in Middleton — one of the few contractors here actually based in the town it works in. What can be checked about the work comes from building permits rather than customers. The sample on file shows a 2020 kitchen renovation with new cabinets and flooring and a dining-room wall taken out to open the kitchen up, a 2021 addition putting a bathroom and kitchenette into a pool house, and a 2022 basement dig-down to an 8-foot ceiling with a full bathroom and wet bar. Two older permits sit at other people's addresses: a $16,000 bathroom renovation on Walnut St in Newton Highlands in 2017, and a bathroom-and-nine-windows job on Ferry St in Everett in 2015. Three of those five are at the company's own address, so read the set as capability rather than as customer history. The gap is feedback. BuildZoom states plainly that it has received no reviews for the company, and its score of 92 is calculated from permits and licence status — nothing a customer said feeds into it. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, #180390, which it says it verified as active in March 2026. Treat that as the directory's claim rather than a confirmed credential: check the number yourself with the state's Office of Consumer Affairs, and ask for two or three recent local references, because there are none published to read.
