Santos Fence Inc puts up and repairs fences, and its website lists a service area running from Worcester and Framingham to Woonsocket and Cumberland. It holds 5 stars from 57 Google ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. A 2023 customer needed a privacy fence around an inground pool replaced quickly after the previous fence came down in a rain storm. That 2023 customer said Carlos had samples with him, gave a quote before he left, offered to put up temporary plastic until the work could be done, and contacted them the next day to say they could do most of the work the upcoming weekend. In the same 2023 review, the customer said Carlos got them matching hinges because the fence was partially in the front of the home. A 2026 customer said the quote they were given was less than any other, the job was done to their specifications, and he took all the debris when he left. A 2024 customer said Carlos did the quote and then monitored the entire project. A 2024 customer said they installed a beige vinyl fence and that this was their second time using the company. A 2023 customer said they contacted the company on a Friday, got a call back Monday, a quote set for Wednesday and the repair on Thursday. A 2023 customer said they ordered a new panel during the install because one was scratched. A 2022 customer said they came back and took care of a panel alignment issue caused by a high wind event.
Amazing company!! Would hire again and again. Nice, Knowles, and cares. Highly recommend!
Santos Fencing was on time with my estimate appt, the quote I was given was less than any other. The job he did was superb. He showed up on time and the job was done to my specifications. They pay attention to detail. When the work was completed we did a walk threw to make sure I was satisfied. When he left my property was it clean he took all the debris. I would definitely hire them again because I know now with my experience of dealing with this company I have nothing to worry about and I'm on budget. Thank you Santos Fencing Llc til next time.
Santos fence did an amazing job installing our fence this summer! He and his team were extremely knowledgeable. They worked very fast and did a great job. We are so happy with everything! Our favorite company to work with thus far
Truly a professional company. He informed me in advance that he would be away for a few weeks, clearly explained the situation, and kept me updated throughout. Excellent service
They were knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Carlos accommodated the short completion time I requested and even came on a Sunday. The fence looks great!
