Sarno Glass and Mirror has been fabricating custom glass in Hyde Park since 1986, and the story that runs through eleven Google reviews spanning 2021 to 2026 is remarkably consistent: shower enclosures, glass doors and mirrors, built to exact custom specs, with nobody reporting a problem. The specifics repeat across years. A June 2026 review describes a custom glass door installed flawlessly, plus a hard-to-source antique glass backsplash the company tracked down after other vendors couldn't find it. An April 2026 customer ordered tempered glass shelves with beveled edges and rounded corners and got measurements that came out exact. In a 2024 review, a customer credited Sanja specifically for patient, responsive communication through a shower-enclosure project — measurements, ordering, scheduling — and another 2024 review described the team guiding a stairway glass installation through city code requirements. The pattern holds going back further: a 2022 review calls out being kept on schedule with expectations met, and a 2021 review on a shower-door install cites fast, polite work. Nothing in the record — Google's 4.7 stars from 23 ratings, BBB's A+ file with zero complaints, or the reviews themselves — surfaces a complaint about the work. The company says it's been designing custom glass for architects, contractors and homeowners across New England since 1986, which BBB's own file (business started 1/1/1986) backs up; it now runs three employees under president Sanja Miljevic. Beyond home glasswork, its BBB listing also covers storefronts and commercial glazing, so the shop works both sides of the business. For anyone weighing a custom shower enclosure, glass door or specialty piece where measurements have to be exact — a beveled shelf, an odd-sized antique panel — this is a company reviewers keep crediting for getting the details right. There's little in the record to flag before calling; the main thing worth confirming is lead time, since several reviews describe made-to-order glass that has to be sourced or fabricated first.

Sarno Glass did an A+ job at my residence. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship with a quick turnaround time. They installed a custom glass door in my home flawlessly, but what truly impressed me was their ability to source and install a very specific antique glass backsplash for my custom bar. It was a unique request, and after several others were unable to find the right product, Sarno Glass located the exact glass I was looking for and installed it with incredible attention to detail and care. Whether you’re looking for shower doors, mirrors, windows, custom glass work, or commercial glass solutions, I highly recommend reaching out to Sanja and the team at Sarno Glass. Their expertise, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. If you’re considering any glass project, big or small, Sarno Glass has my highest recommendation. — George Sarkis
I recently ordered a pair of custom-sized tempered glass shelves from Sarno Glass and Mirror Inc. for a floating installation in my bathroom, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. I requested specific beveled edges and rounded corners, and the execution was excellent. The measurements are correct and the edge work professionally finished. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised that they delivered the shelves in person at no extra charge. The entire order arrived exactly as specified without any errors. If you are looking for custom glass work that requires an eye for detail and accuracy, I highly recommend their services.
Thrilled with our custom door from Sarno
Great Product at a reasonable price. CJ, Sanja and Victor were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process for our walk in shower. Highly recommend this place
To say that I'm obsessed with this glass is a staggering understatement. I needed to protect my table from the wear and tear of three kids and this does it just beautifully. My experience with the customer service of it all from being beginning to end was amazing. Highly recommend!
