Just Drains

I’m a Trustee at a Condo complex… The few times we had to use him for Unit Owners drain/plumbing problems…he has helps us out tremendously… Larry is absolutely the best.. I highly recommend him.

We had a tub clogged and leak and Larry from Just Drains was very prompt on communication and service. Also, he freely gave preventative maintenance instructions and advice. We are VERY pleased with the work and professional demeanor! Thank you!

I only gave 1 star because I had to. On 10/18/23 this business did a $950 job where they had to run a Jet in my main pipe and also have a camera go in the pipe. This job cost $950. The job breakdown was $600 for the Jet and $350 for the use of a camera. After making payment a receipt was requested. After 2 months of excuses, this business provided an incorrect invoice for the amount of $694. (If only that was what was paid). When the business, specifically Larry, was informed that that was the incorrect amount, he instantly became very disrespectful. Stating he will send the correct amount but then his "modem" happens to stop working upon this request. Keep in mind minutes before, he sent the incorrect invoice with no problems. It's hard to not feel like this business is not trying to cheat on taxes. It seems like they may be trying to illegally avoid paying income and sales taxes or likely keeping no or fake books for tax reasons due to their reluctance to give a receipt for services that were performed. A professional, legitimate, licensed, and properly insured contractor will give you a receipt without you having to ask for it. Don't even do it to yourself. Go to another company that is more legit! Larry called me back so eager after my voicemail left inquiring services until he found out who I was then did his favorite thing, Hang up the phone on me. Who wants to do business with that.

Just Drains, Bail me out from a drain clog that would cost a lot of money due to the lack of experience from others who didn't know what they were doing. Just Drains also helped me discover how the tenant was maliciously sabotaging the toilet drain on the premises. I was able to give that tenant a notice to quit for cause because this is the 3rd time this has happened. We contacted Just Drains for help because other plumbers could not solve the problem without trying to charge some crazy prices. Just Drains deserved a five-star under me.
