Its BBB profile names Roland Martin as owner and puts the business at 34 years, started in 1992. The work is insulation in its usual forms — batt, rolled and reflective, blown-in, spray foam and injection — plus soundproofing, and BBB also lists insulation removal. HomeAdvisor says the company serves Massachusetts and New Hampshire and offers emergency service; Angi lists free estimates and se habla español. Speed comes up in more than half the reviews. In a March 2026 Angi review a homeowner said Roland called the same day the inquiry went in and was at the house that afternoon. An October 2024 customer getting ready for a zero-clearance wood stove insert said he called right back and showed up on time, and a November 2023 attic job drew the same note — at the house very quickly, prices the reviewer called fair. The other thing customers mention is being told what they don't need. A 2022 HomeAdvisor reviewer described him going through both the things they needed and the things they didn't, and called him "a straight shooter without any of the sales frills". A 2023 HomeAdvisor reviewer who has owned three homes and renovated two said they had dealt with many contractors and put Roland near the top. Three reviews mention a second man on the job — named Brett in that 2023 account. All eleven ratings — seven on Angi, four on HomeAdvisor — are five stars, spanning 2018 to March 2026. Sav-On is a straightforward call for a specific insulation problem: a cold attic, recurring ice dams, clearance for a wood stove insert. Ask which type of insulation he is recommending and why, and get the scope and price in writing before the work starts.
