Scalzi Construction

R.J. Scalzi Construction, also listed as RJ Scalzi & Sons, is a Massachusetts remodeling and exterior-improvement contractor established in 1971. BBB describes residential and commercial work in siding, windows, doors, insulation, and other exterior improvements, while BuildZoom lists remodeling, additions, and new construction; Angi identifies the company as family-owned. Customers most often describe siding, window, gutter, and broader home-remodeling work. Reviews from 2016 through 2023 repeatedly praise punctuality, communication, workmanship, cleanup, and responsiveness; specific accounts cover siding, kitchens, windows, gutters, doors, and trim. Angi shows 4.9 stars from 104 ratings, BuildZoom shows 5.0 from 3 ratings, and HomeAdvisor shows 4.8 from 124 ratings, although the written accounts are dated rather than recent. Before booking, confirm which entity and crew will contract for the work: listings use R.J. Scalzi Construction, RJ Scalzi & Sons, and Vinyl Craft Siding Company, and addresses differ across Sharon, Framingham, Dedham, Watertown, and Somerville listings. BuildZoom reports active Massachusetts licenses and historical inactive records, plus 73 permitted projects, so verify the applicable license and project scope for the current job. They are a sensible candidate for siding and exterior projects, as well as remodeling where the team, license, address, warranty, and written scope are confirmed up front.
