Although our roof itself came out nicely, I cannot recommend this company due to their unprofessional installation of one of our skylights and the lack of integrity in taking care of their mistake. We had our roof totally redone 4 months ago now, which included the installation of 3 very expensive skylights. One of the skylights was framed in incorrectly (put in by eye without measuring) by the job foreman, even as my husband pointed out that it was not centered in the space correctly. After 4 months and multiple texts and calls, with promises to send someone out, the problem has still not been rectified. I would use caution if employing this company and hope that no mistakes are made that necessitate a return.

Showed up to my house unannounced while I was at work. This was after not showing up to a scheduled quote we discussed a week prior.

Horrible company!!!!! Kevin (who had since had employment severed) incorrectly assessed a job of a basic slider replacement. Due to the oversight the job required additional cosmetic work to the exterior to fix their error. The door still felt heavy and "sticking", but I was assured that it would become smoother with use, and if not they would fix the issue. I unfortunately paid in full the quoted amount the day of completion. (Fortunately, this is documented on the bill since I paid in cash.) This whole process took over an extra month for a simple installation. The owner, Mike, is extremely rude and arrogant, refusing to come out and inspect the work; he has not come out to this day. Instead, they have been billing me for the extra work that they had to do, as if their incompetence is the problem of the consumer!!!!!! He then had the audacity to threaten me with a collection agency. DO NOT deal with this company at all, as the management is a total joke. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so if you have any issues I encourage you to do the same, as I am sure their poor history may support your claims and will catch up with them.

I insulated a property in Warwick for Kevin and got his inspection. Kevin still owes me $5,800 dollars and has blocked my calls and texts. Do not trust this company because they will mislead you and take advantage of you.
