The work is roofing in most of the forms the trade takes — asphalt shingle, metal, rubber, tar and gravel, green roofs, flashing repairs, roof waterproofing and inspections — with vinyl siding and skylights alongside it. Its Houzz profile carries 36 project galleries and names 23 towns it covers, Methuen among them, and its awards block cites the OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction standard. Two things to settle before signing. Houzz lists a home improvement contractor registration, #170982, and a Massachusetts licence #CS-027197, while BuildZoom lists #101209 and #170982; ask which number the company works under today and look it up yourself on the Massachusetts state register. The two accounts of the company's age also disagree — the Houzz page says founded in 1971, while the BBB file for the same 888 number gives a business start of 3/3/2017 and nine years in business. For a Merrimack Valley re-roof, pitched or flat, the range of roofing systems here is wider than most local shops advertise. Get the current state registration, proof of insurance and the tear-off scope in writing before anyone climbs a ladder.
