Mike was the only person in the area I could find who actually had time to deal with a new customer. He was pleasant and diagnosed and resolved my issue quickly. Definitely recommend his service. Thanks again! EDIT: I reached out to Mike again when I noticed my external AC unit wasn't running. He was here in less than an hour and fixed my problem once again. Great service.

I called Michael at Seacoast Heating & Air Conditioning after my AC went down on the hottest weekend of the year, and he was at my house to help immediately. It was literally 20 minutes after I called on a Sunday. My previous company didn’t even return my “emergency call” until the next day. Michael identified problems with how my previous HVAC company was servicing my AC unit (not thoroughly cleaning) and offered very thorough explanations of everything that needed to be done. It turned out the compressor was out on my unit and was going to take longer than I wanted to get a replacement, so Michael found me a new (and better) AC unit at a fair price. He quickly got me on his schedule to get it installed, and I am very satisfied with the performance. I highly recommend Seacoast Heating & Air Conditioning, and I really appreciate Michael’s commitment to customer service, transparency, fair pricing, and his professionalism. He is definitely my guy for anything HVAC-related going forward!
