The standout story is from a December 2024 review: a household called on Christmas Eve morning with no heat, T&R was at the house within an hour, and Tom got to the issue quickly so they were up and running within a couple hours. A May 2023 reviewer described a boiler control unit that failed after a power surge; the technician was there within an hour and fixed everything within 45 minutes. Great service, fast response, fair pricing
Called T&R on Christmas Eve morning and they were out to my house in an hour to troubleshoot why our heat wasn’t working. Tom got to the issue quickly and we were up and running within a couple hours 😊 I can’t thank them enough for their service and having a cozy warm Christmas morning to wake up too! Highly recommend this service.
T&R OBS. Don't give it a second thought. Call them. This is our first season in our new house with our oil burner, and Tom has been nothing but helpful and a top-notch professional. I'm won't get into all the details of what we needed done but I will say his rates are fair and he's beyond knowledgeable and super helpful, whether it be through text or on the cell with you. T&R now has a new "regular" to add to their list. Cheers gang, keep it up! CURRENT review 9/4/24 and 6 going on 7 seasons later - On top of the great oil burner service we receive (annually) from T&R (Tom) about a month ago, we had our hot water heater replaced and Tom knocked it out of the park. The plumbing was restructured "proper". The overall professionalism that Tom and T&R cannot be understated. Amazing people who know what they're doing. From the great communication from Amy to the hands on labor/service that Tom provides. Again, if you are within the realm of T&R and you need that kind of work, give them a call. Glad that they are our only "go to" when it comes to out burner and water heater.
T&R has always come through for us! Our furnace died this weekend, and though not an emergency call he came right out this morning and fixed it. He is honest, always on time and his pricing is fair. We love T&R!
Tom gave me a call past 8pm at night to walkthrough some troubleshooting as we had no hot water. After just a few minutes and following his steps we were back to nice and hot water! Hard to find service as good at T&R.
