Sean's Property Services, out of Dracut, is the call for washing down a house, patio, driveway, or deck that's picked up years of grime — and, in the off months, for gutter cleaning, holiday lights, and snow work. Google carries 335 ratings for the company, nearly all five stars, and the reviews describe a short list of names — Sean himself, plus crew members Hunter, Kurtis, and Ryan — showing up across hundreds of jobs.
The pattern across 255 reviews dating back to 2021 barely changes: a quote turned around same-day or within a couple of hours, a crew that arrives on schedule, and a house or patio that comes out looking new. In a late-2025 review, the manager of a 30-building homeowners association described hiring Sean for gutter cleaning across the whole property, calling him easy to reach and leaving every area clean with no debris. In a 2024 review, one customer detailed a much bigger project — thousands of holiday lights strung across a 3,400-square-foot house, 14 twenty-foot arborvitae, and 400 feet of fence — done with a stated safety-first approach on ladders. A few reviewers mention using the crew more than once, for paver cleaning at two different properties in one case, and for lights, gutter cleanings, and trash hauling all from the same call in another.
The one clear miss in the record: a customer says Sean scheduled a deck-cleaning estimate for a specific Sunday morning, then never showed up and never called to explain or reschedule. It's a single account inside a very lopsided review history, but it's worth a confirming text the day before if timing matters.
For an exterior wash, a gutter clear-out, or a holiday lighting job, Sean's Property Services has a long, mostly consistent record behind it — just nail down the appointment and follow up if you haven't heard back.
