Will and his team are phenomenal. We had to put on a new section of our roof, replace ceilings due to ice damns and an unforeseen problem with a major structural beam in our dining room. Will approached each situation with professionalism and kindness. When we had unexpected problems discovered, Will was so kind talking us through each hurdle. Had a great experience working with Sensible Home Roofing! Right from the start they were helpful and attentive. We purchased a new home that we found out needed a roof right away. The Team at Sensible Home Roofing had no issues. They were able to review the home via satellite imagery and provided a quote and also were able to get gutters put on the home at the same time. Once everything was settled on everything was handled through email (our preference). Work started on time and they were done in a day! This is after finding out that the entire back side of the main roof required all new sheeting. Not only does the roof look great they took their time and cleaned up around the home and left everything just as it was. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The pricing was more than fair right from the start. I have gone as far as recommending them to our Realtor if they run into clients who need roof work.

Within 14-days of the initial FREE consult, he and his team got the permit, removed our roof and installed our beautiful new roof. And they cleaned up all the debris!! They did such a phenomenal job, I had him put an advertisement sign on our lawn! I also told him it looks so nice, if we ever move, we are taking the roof with us!
