A customer who first hired Gabriel off Angie's List in 2021 for small projects wrote in a March 2026 review that he has become their first call for anything — the latest job being a downstairs office that was an obvious DIY. That range is the thing about Sepol Environment: an irrigation company in Haverhill that customers keep calling back for work that has nothing to do with sprinklers. The sprinkler side is still the headline. The company's site says it installs, repairs and services residential irrigation systems, with spring start-up and winterization, leak detection, custom system design and free estimates. Its Google page carries 26 ratings, and irrigation is the job customers name most often: a May 2024 customer had a 21-zone system put in and called the installation complicated, and a March 2025 reviewer had a large commercial system installed for grass and plants that came in on time and on budget. Repairs move quickly. In an August 2024 review, a homeowner who cut into their own sprinkler line with a Sawzall while pulling tree roots had the crew out the next day with a quote they called reasonable. This past spring and summer, customers described sprinklers adjusted for even coverage and a patient run-through of the system's app; a June 2026 customer wrote that Gabriel adjusted his pricing to fit their budget and that the crew stayed off the lawn as much as putting the system in allowed. Then there is the other half. A February 2025 Thumbtack customer had them through the end stages of a renovation — filling holes in drywall, sanding and refinishing an old wood staircase, trimming and installing baseboards and doors. A December 2023 reviewer listed a refrigerator water and ice line, a kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal, a tall kitchen cabinet assembled, closet shelves, and pictures and curtain rods hung. A basement became a home office in March 2026, a February 2024 Thumbtack review covers deck construction, and a February 2023 customer hired them to set Christmas lights on the house. A general contractor who has built homes around Greater Boston for 20 years wrote in September 2024 that Gabriel shows up when he says he will and stands behind his work, and a December 2024 customer with a tricky job in an old house said he left the basement cleaner than he found it. One thing to pin down: a February 2025 Angi customer, pleased with the price and the tidiness, noted that a little follow-up work was still left. Sepol suits a homeowner who wants one crew for the irrigation system and the odd-jobs list both — agree the punch list up front, including what counts as finished and when the last visit happens.
