SERVPRO of Hampshire County is a cleanup and restoration company; a 2021 article on businesswest.com reported it was recognizing its 25th anniversary in the local business community. Its website says it specializes in water and fire damage, storm and mold remediation and construction, and offers 24/7 emergency service. The website lists a service area of Northampton, Amherst, Granby, Easthampton, Ware, Belchertown, Ludlow, Hadley, South Hadley and Westhampton. A recent customer whose water heater failed said ServPro was on site a few hours later for extraction and drying, and that the crews replaced the water-damaged carpet and repaired and painted baseboards and drywall in the basement. A recent customer with an ice dam leak said walls and ceilings had to be removed, that asbestos was found and a team handled it, and that heavy furniture in three rooms was moved on a hot day. That customer also said the job took a while to complete. A 2026 customer said a representative came within a day to estimate the work after a spill, and that a written proposal arrived by email before a crew came to do the work. A 2026 reviewer said the repairs look better than the original. A 2025 customer who found a leak in a kitchen cabinet said Servpro worked with the insurance adjusters, restored the cabinet, and remodeled the bathroom, which had to be gutted, with the money allotted by insurance. Massachusetts CSL licence CS-107843, held by Kevin Fall, is active on the state registry.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Matt who overseen Alex JN one were wonderful. I felt completely Comfortable with them in my house. They were very respectful to us and our furniture and surroundings. Their work was awesome Alex, the very very hard worker along with the other two. We had an ice damn leak And it affected three rooms two rooms we had to have the walls removed outside walls all three rooms. The total ceilings had to come down. They also found asbestos and the team they had to do that was fantastic. I have extremely heavy furniture and they had three rooms to move and they did it on a hot day in the 90s without a complaint. I had questions that Matt answered immediately into my liking. I think they were wonderful. It did take a while to complete my job, but it was. They were consistent every day. Thank you so very much and I highly highly recommend them.
Very happy with the outcome of the restoration & repair. My water heater failed and ServPro was on site just a few hours later for extraction and drying. Their quick response helped to keep this a small loss and the crews did an excellent job replacing the water-damaged carpet and repairing and painting baseboards and drywall. Sincerely appreciate the great work from Amber, Lou, Austin, Megan, and all the other members of the ServPro team who helped to get my basement back into shape!
The team at SP was awesome. Amber, Dani, & Lou (just to name a few) were on-point from Day #1. The repairs look better than the original. Will use them again. I highly recommend their services.
We had a spill. We called ServPro of Hampshire County, MA and our call was immediate handled by Daniella. Within a day a representative was sent to the house to estimate the work. Our home is forty miles north of their location. We received a written proposal by email and a crew came to do the work. All done and completed professionally by phone and in person. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.
Found a leak in my kitchen cabinet. After calling a plumber to fix the leak which was behind the tub in the bathroom and filing a homeowners claim I called Servpro. They worked with my insurance adjusters to determine what was necessary to restore to original condition. Remediation was quick and thorough I love the remodeling team, Lou and Zach. They restored the kitchen cabinet to previous condition as if it never happened. The bathroom had to be gutted and they did an excellent job on the remodel with the money allotted by insurance. I highly recommend them!!!
