Alan, Trevor and the crew did an outstanding job cleaning up my basement after a sewer/drain pipe backup. The process was easy from start to finish. I highly recommend ServPro of Middletown.
This is happening in real time. My bathroom and basement are flooded. I called at 10:40 pm and put in an emergency ticket. I was told they would call me shortly. An hour went by and no call. I called again just before midnight and expressed that it was urgent and I had flooding in my home, whole house water is shut off and I have 6 kids here that can’t use the bathroom. She told me the first ticket was never even looked at and she told me she would mark it urgent yet again and have someone call me. Another hour later it’s now 1:00 am and still no call. I called a third time and asked for a supervisor. She was very rude and kept talking over me, wouldn’t listen or care about my issue, she just told me “this is a call center we don’t have control over when they respond to you” so what is the point of having emergency 24/7 service if I can’t even get a freaking call back for several hours? In an emergency? How do you run a business like this? I had to call another company and guess what, they responded in 20 mins and are currently driving over an hour to get to me asap. Someone should maybe review my calls back and talk to the “supervisor” who basically told me they couldn’t help me. WOW. It’s now 2:15 am and I should have called the other company in the first place. Never again! *edited to add - I finally received a call at 7 am, asking if I still need assistance. Great emergency response time. EDIT #2 - in response to your response SERVPRO, what do you even plan to do about it now? I told you, review the multiple recorded conversations I had with your team and then tell me how great your company is. Your supervisor needs to be fired or retrained.
