I recently had the pleasure of working with Servpro, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Bruce and Jose were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and offer their realistic advice. Their kindness truly put me at ease during a stressful situation. I will definitely be doing business with Servpro again if the need arises, and I highly recommend their services.
Staff seemed to be very disorganized and the project manager I spoke with seemed to over promise oh his abilities to fix our basement. I believe this owner is responsible for a couple franchises in MA as well from what I gathered from our convo. We ended up getting a quote with a different ServPro franchise but ultimately went with a local company due to the outrageous up charges that seemed to be applied simply due to the well known Servpro brand name. Our advice: go with a local business, not these guys. Update… company responded stating they had no record of our interaction with them which is laughable and not surprising - also only further supports my understanding that that this company is run very poorly & unorganized as previously felt. Thanks for the update? I guess. Too funny.
