Josh and Julio did an awesome job with water remediation and ceiling demo at my mother's home. She had many leaks in her living room ceiling and major staining. Josh and Julio were very courteous, neat and explained every stage of the process to her. She was very pleased with how carefully they moved everything out of the room, and expecially how they kept the mess contained and cleaned up the area each day.
Henry and George did a fantastic job after our water flood. The team along with Zuhair and many other went out of thier way to help us. I would recommend them to anyone who has an issue where they need prompt, honest and friendly support during a water damaged incident.
Hot water heater leaked…the cleanup was great ! Thank you !
This company was suggested by our plumber to open up some walls for pipe replacement. Communication was a pain point throughout the entire job and it took months after the job was finished to even gain clarity on what the estimated quote for work might be. As we bring contractors in to close up the walls it is clear that more walls were opened up than needed and that they were more interested in the money grab for the job closing up the walls than caring for our home and communicating about costs along the way. I would steer clear of working with Rob or this company if you are in CT.
We are previous Enviroclean customers so when our AC leaked and seeped water from our boiler room into our carpeted family room our first instinct to repair the damage was Enviroclean. We spoke to Tina (Africo) there who went to Erika (Dean) the CEO and together they created a plan to help us deal with the trauma. If you need anything at this company start with Tina. She has been with the company for 12 years and is the W. B. Mason of environmental companies. In other words “She Gets it Done!” They sent out two terrific remediation experts to help us. Chris Rude and Josh Lapati arrived on the scene to help us armed with dehumidifiers, fans and an array of complex equipment all designed to do battle with dampness. These were the perfect guys to send. They were experienced and very professional but at the same time light enough to make us know we were in good hands. They fired everything up and left it running with the promise they would give it a few days to do its job. As time passed the capet in the family room and cement in the boiler room slowly started drying. After three days Tina came out with a ticometer to measure dampness. At this time it showed the areas in question were about 95% dry. To be sure the job was done they left everything as it was for another couple of days and Chris and Josh returned and removed all the equipment. The carpet is back to like new condition and the floor in the boiler room is stone dry. Once again kudos to the folks that made this happen..Chris, Josh, Tina and Erika.. a 5 star WELL DONE!!!! i
