After a tree disaster on the 4th of July took out a good portion of one customer's living space, a SERVPRO crew led by Carlos R. removed the water-damaged sheetrock, insulation and flooring, and cleaned up each night so the paths outside stayed clear and safe. In a burst-pipe job, Jose and Ronald worked for a week remediating the damage, and that customer said they now have a clear picture of what needs to be fixed. A customer with a flooded finished basement described a packing team, then a team that took out the debris, cut the walls and tore up the floors. A customer still waiting on repairs said the staff sent to remove water-damaged carpet from a finished basement were polite, worked quickly and respected the home. The work goes beyond water. One customer whose garage was overrun with mice said it was cleaned every inch, and that José also cleaned an outdoor shed that hadn't been touched in years. A 2025 customer said the team handled the remediation, construction and repair after an upstairs neighbor's DIY shower repair, and that Joe, the construction director, helped stretch their repair dollars when their insurance company fell short. A 2025 customer called and got immediate service.
I am still in the process of receiving repairs, but, so far, I had a great experience with the staff that was sent to remove the water-damaged carpet in my finished basement. They were polite, worked quickly and respected my home. Thank you Juan & Carlos!!
José did an amazing job. Our garage was overrun with mice. They cleaned every inch thoroughly and left the garage in spotless shape. We were shocked at what a beautiful job they did. We highly highly recommend Jose in the future. He also cleaned an outdoor shed that hadn’t been touched in years. It was clean enough to use as In Office after he was done. Thank you, Jose.
Our finished basement got flooded and Servepro took action. From the packing team did an amazing job because I have a lot of stuff in our basement to the team that came in to take all the debris and cut the walls and tear up the floors. I can’t say enough good things and how clean they all operated. I cannot remember the names of the people that did the packing, but they were outstanding. The men that did the demolition I do happen to remember their name is Carlos Nuwan they were so good and such gentlemen now to the next step getting our home back.
Jose and Ronal are the best! They treated our home with exceptional care and consideration. They worked in extreme heat lifting and disposing of pieces of our house that trees fell on and destroyed. I would entrust them with any future work. They were instrumental in our peace of mind throughout these initial stages. One hundred percent professional, reliable and hard working.
