In October 2026 a customer whose hot water tank had flooded their basement said SERVPRO sent someone the same day, and that Brice, the project manager, stayed in continual communication over the next several days. Brice and his crew, Nate and Trevor, removed the water, set up equipment to pull out the remaining moisture, and came back to remove damaged items; the same customer credited the office staff with explaining the process and charges. SERVPRO of Stowe lists a South Burlington address and a service area that includes Stowe, Colchester, Essex, Winooski, Milton and Morrisville. The company says it specializes in water and fire damage, storm and mold remediation, offers 24/7 emergency service, and has been in business 59 years. In September 2026 Justin and Jacob cleaned the soot out of a customer's cabin after a small kitchen fire, and took time to answer questions. Another September 2026 customer hired SERVPRO for removal of pet urine smell throughout the home. In July 2022 a customer said Bill and his team checked progress several times and had specialized tools that saved them from ripping up more flooring; an April 2022 reviewer praised Bill and the team for work at their father's house. In a November 2023 review, a landlord said the crew was patient with a tenant who was less than agreeable. Google shows 4.8 stars from 40 ratings.
I had the pleasure of working with Brice from Servepro after our hot water tank leaked and flooded the basement. Servpro responded immediately to my call and sent an agent to the house for same day service. Over the next several days Brice, project manager, remained in continual communication, answering my calls and questions with professionalism and expertise. He and his crew (Nate, Trevor) removed the water and installed equipment, which was effective in removing residual moisture. He then returned to remove all items that were damaged. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the home office staff, readily available to answer questions and give details on their process and charges. I would recommend Servpro without hesitation.
Removal of pet urine smell throughout the home
Justin and Jacob from Servpro did a great job cleaning the soot out of our cabin after a small kitchen fire. They were efficient and professional in their work. They took time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend their restoration service.
A pipe burst in my home in October of 2023 and in November of 2023 Jeff Fields from SERVPRO of Winooski visited the property. He was nice enough and took moisture readings all over the property. It was determined that a substantial amount of moisture was in the sheetrock. Fast forward 10 months later and nearly a dozen calls with Jeff in which he promised he would send a moisture reading report so that I can move forward with my claims process. The report has yet to be sent and as a result I am in limbo with my insurance company. I even offered to pay the fees that Jeff said he never received from Travelers Insurance for his visit and moisture report. It's a shame when businesses do not follow through with their promises and it really hurts and impacts an off grid homeowner in Vermont.
These guys were amazing to work with. Very professional, and overly patient with my tenant who was less than agreeable. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
