A 2025 customer said reconstruction work was redone twice and a bathroom took longer than it took to build and sell a house, while calling the mitigation great. A 2025 customer said the crew cut through a drain coupler instead of unscrewing it, left a drain unplugged, and that cabinets were missing pieces at reinstallation. A 2024 customer said the company charged thousands of dollars after a January 2024 storm that FEMA then denied, and that the team had no experience with FEMA policies.

Called Servpro after a water line break at 7 am. Adam said that he would call back in 30 minutes, waited an hour and called him. Said that a supervisor MAY stop by this afternoon. Called Elite Restoration, they showed up in 45 minutes.
The ServPro team spent over a month at Pope Memorial Humane Society after we had a fire in our building that left 90% of our building affected by smoke. The entire team was very kind and respectful, and also very thorough and efficient in their cleaning! Adam was super helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. We are super grateful for everything ServPro did to help us be able to open back up and get animals back in the building!
