Sheehan Remodeling

One customer says Charlie Sheehan has been doing work on their homes and office for fifteen-plus years — the kind of repeat business that runs through Sheehan Remodeling's history in Braintree. Charlie founded the company in 2009 after a career as a union carpenter that included work on the Boston Convention Center and Gillette Stadium, and the shop is still family-run today. The written reviews on file tell a consistent story about the work itself. In a 2023 review, a homeowner said Charlie's crew handled a kitchen remodel and an addition and called him a hard-working, reliable worker they'd hire again. Earlier customers, writing in 2017 and 2018, described a full house remodel with an extension and separately praised him as honest and fair. BuildZoom's permit records back that up with 28 projects tied to the business, weighted toward additions. The four reviews on file run from 2017 to 2023, so most of what's written about Sheehan Remodeling describes where the company has been rather than today's scheduling or pricing. The company does state that estimates are free. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Sheehan Remodeling is a reasonable call for a South Shore homeowner planning an addition or a larger remodel who wants a contractor with a real permit history and long-standing repeat clients; confirm current availability and pricing directly, since neither comes up in the written reviews.
